Throughout the ages, humanity has sought to comprehend the mysteries of the world around them through various means, looking to the skies, the earth, and beyond. From the earliest days of our existence, we have sought to understand where we came from, why we are here, and what happens when we leave. Shamanism and Shamanic Healing have long been a foundation of this quest for understanding, drawing upon the integration of Science, Spirituality, and Mythos to provide a holistic perspective on the world and our place.

As a shamanic counselor, I understand that the roots of shamanism can be found in cultures worldwide, each with its own unique practices and beliefs. However, the understanding that all healing is spiritual in nature is at the core of these practices. We believe that there is spirit and consciousness in everything and that everything is interconnected. Whether we are talking about energy, matter, or life, there is no distinction between these elements. As such, an unseen spiritual reality can profoundly affect our visible reality.

Shamanic healing can help us to heal on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. At its heart, shamanic healing relies on the guidance of the spirit, drawing upon both natural and spiritual healing techniques to bring balance and harmony to the individual. This balance depends on various factors, including physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual connection to the world.

As a shamanic counselor, I am committed to helping people achieve a state of balance and harmony in their lives. By drawing upon the ancient wisdom of shamanism and combining it with modern techniques and practices, I can provide a holistic approach to healing that encompasses the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are struggling with physical pain, emotional trauma, or spiritual disconnection, shamanic healing can help you to find your way back to a place of wholeness and well-being.

At Wind and Raven, we offer the following Shamanic healings and ceremonies throughout the year.

Shamanic Healing

Shamanic Counseling – Over four weeks, we will meet eight times. Each session will last at least an hour and will include 12 shamanic journies. Reach out via Contact Us for more information.

Soul Retrieval – On this journey of life, we all inevitably encounter moments of trauma. When these experiences occur, a part of us, or our very soul, may flee, fracture, or hide as a form of protection. This phenomenon is often referred to as “soul loss,” and it can take many subtle or overt forms. Soul loss can manifest in ways such as depression, dysfunctional relationships, a sense of disconnection from oneself, and an inability to move forward in life.

It is important to acknowledge that traumas can arise from a lack of proper support, especially in childhood. The wounds of these experiences can continue to fester and create imbalances in our lives. However, I am here to offer you the knowledge and tools to reclaim the lost pieces of your soul. Through shamanic healing and journeying, we can begin to restore the fragments of our being that have been scattered.

Extraction – In shamanic traditions, it is understood that the presence of spirit intrusions can play a significant role in the development of illness and disease. These intrusions are not inherently malicious; they have found themselves in the wrong time and place within the body. These intrusions can take many forms, such as animals, insects, or even inanimate objects, and they can cause a variety of imbalances in our physical and spiritual bodies.

As shamanic practitioners, we can perceive and extract these intrusions to restore balance and harmony. Through our connection with the spirit world and our knowledge of ancient healing practices, we can identify the origins of these intrusions and remove them from individuals, places, or things.

It is important to note that this process requires the utmost care and respect for the individual’s spirit and well-being. We work with great intention and reverence for the healing journey of each person we encounter. By removing these intrusions, we can restore the natural flow of energy and vitality to the body, allowing for deeper healing and transformation.
