Greetings, my name is Steve Patterson. I am a seeker of truth, studying the science of consciousness, existential philosophy, and shamanism to understand the nature of reality. As an existential coach, I have worked with many individuals facing a diverse array of challenges.

My focus has been primarily on working with women and men who have been in the world for some time. I have helped individuals who are cutting back on drinking, recovering from divorce or transitioning to a new phase in life. Some individuals come to me with various concerns and want to talk.

In addition to these challenges, I have experience working with addiction, combat PTSD, attempted suicide with teens and veterans, divorce/custody, addiction/custody, pre and post-incarceration, and terminal illness.

No matter what challenges you are facing, we can work together to find a path forward that makes sense for you. Whether navigating a difficult situation, coping with a transition, or seeking clarity in the midst of chaos, I can help guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

I believe that self-reflection is a vital tool in understanding one’s place in the world. By asking ourselves the tough questions, we can gain insight into our motivations, our beliefs, and our values.

So, let me ask you: What do you think about your life? What led you to make the decisions you have made? How have you learned about the world and your place in it? What is the purpose of your life?

These questions may seem daunting, but they are essential in gaining a fresh perspective on your current situation and understanding yourself better. By examining the past, we can make sense of the present and chart a course for the future.

Through my work as an existential coach, I encourage individuals to engage in this type of introspection. It is only by understanding ourselves and our place in the world that we can begin to live authentically and with purpose. So, take some time to reflect, and let’s explore together what your answers may reveal.

  •       Individual Reality

I view life as an ever-evolving process that is shaped by the conditions that exist before us. Each day brings something new, and the world around us is in a constant state of change. We have the power to choose at any given moment, and reality is a reflection of our perceptions.

However, what happens when we are dissatisfied with the current state of affairs? In such situations, we must recognize that the power to effect change lies within us. By cultivating a positive mental attitude and taking decisive action, we can improve our circumstances and shape our own destinies.

It is important to remember that life is a journey, and each step we take is an opportunity to learn and grow. By reflecting on our choices and motivations, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world. With this awareness, we can make intentional choices that align with our values and help us to live a meaningful life.

  •       Positive Power and Negative Force

I invite you to reflect on your daily routines and the challenges you face. Do you feel stuck in a cycle of repeating the same actions or getting frustrated by specific individuals or external factors like the weather? These are common struggles that we all experience in our daily lives. However, the key is not to compete with them but rather to use them as opportunities for growth.

In this process, we can gain power by distinguishing between fundamental truths and falsehoods and recognizing the negative patterns that keep us trapped. We all have something that bothers us, and we want to change it. But the decision to do so ultimately rests with you. By understanding how these energies are interconnected, we can develop a model of consciousness that sheds light on why we live the way we do.

  •       Attractors and Attachment

I understand that our attachment to certain beliefs and behaviors can hinder our progress in life. It is often the small patterns that go unnoticed that contribute to larger patterns, which ultimately create the problems we face. To address these issues, we must first identify and examine our attachments to essential beliefs that may be holding us back. We cannot simply focus on the surface-level problem; we must dig deeper and understand the causality behind it.

Many individuals who recognize their problems and choose to change often find that their success comes from addressing the smaller patterns that create the larger issues. However, sometimes, our attachments to these essential beliefs keep us from solving the problem altogether. To overcome this, we must take a deep dive into our belief systems and examine how they may be contributing to our problems.

In the end, it is up to us to identify and address these attachments to create the change we desire. We must understand that reality is not fixed, and we have the power to shape it through our choices and actions. By recognizing our attachments and taking action to address them, we can achieve personal growth and live a more fulfilling life.

  •       Aligned Path

As human beings, we have a natural inclination to seek a sense of direction in life. It is important to stay true to who you are and what you believe in, even in the face of challenging circumstances. By being honest with yourself, practicing forgiveness, and accepting responsibility for your actions and choices, you can maintain a sense of alignment with the path you have chosen for yourself.

This alignment will enable you to take intentional steps toward your goals, no matter how daunting they may seem at times. Remember that life is a journey full of ups and downs, and staying true to yourself will help you navigate it with more ease and purpose.

I believe that everything we have experienced in the past has led to our present moment. We are not just limited to our physical body and intellect; we are also connected to a higher self that guides us in our choices and actions. It is up to us to honor what we hold dear and take responsibility for our lives, recognizing that we have the power to make decisions and create the future we desire.

However, it can be challenging for some to accept this reality, especially if they feel lonely or attached to past behaviors that no longer serve them. But we must remember that we are not defined by our past, and we can always choose to take a new path. To make meaningful changes, we need to find a solid foundation and align our intentions with our actions.

As we move forward, we cannot predict what will happen along the way, but we can trust that the best decisions will lead to the best results. It is up to us to remain open to the possibilities and opportunities that arise, and to continue on our aligned path with intention and purpose.
