What is The Healing Pathways Program?

The Healing Pathways Program is a 12-week small-group journey that integrates clinical insight, mindfulness, narrative healing, and spiritual inquiry to help participants move from surviving to thriving. It is designed for individuals who are ready to challenge limiting beliefs, reconnect with purpose, and reclaim their sense of self in a safe and supportive community.

Healing does not follow a straight line. There are moments of clarity, followed by fog. Progress, followed by doubt. This program honors that complexity. Each week builds upon the last through a theme-based structure rooted in the BEING model of change: Becoming, Exploring, Intending, Navigating, and Grounding.

You are not expected to be “fixed.” You are invited to become.

A Holistic and Integrated Framework

Unlike traditional therapy or wellness programs that isolate mental, emotional, or spiritual aspects, The Healing Pathways Program addresses the full human experience. Each session draws from:

Participants engage in rituals, reflection, and storytelling, supported by a skilled facilitator trained in both clinical and spiritual modalities.

Path One: The Beginning of Healing: You begin by unlearning the myths of perfection and control, stepping into the possibility that healing can be nonlinear, mysterious, and deeply personal.

Path Five: Turning Inward with Kindness and Understanding: This path teaches the transformative power of self-compassion. You will learn how to recognize your inner critic and respond with love, not shame.

Path Eight: Building Inner Strength: Resilience is not gritting your teeth—it is learning to bend without breaking. This path explores how to ground in values and practice graceful navigation through adversity.
