I understand that feeling stuck in a problem for a long time can be frustrating and exhausting. Therefore, it is common to question if coming up with a new approach or seeking advice from outside sources is the solution. However, it is important to acknowledge that there is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, and we constantly learn from our choices. Therefore, we must bring only the positive of the past to nourish the seeds we plant.

It is natural to seek guidance from others, whether it be through taking a masterclass, an online course, or listening to an expert speak on the topic. Yet, at times, the answer may be within ourselves. We may already possess the knowledge and skills to overcome the issue. However, we may have become distracted by our many responsibilities, leaving little time for self-reflection and personal growth.

When solving a problem, avoiding getting caught up in self-blame or self-criticism is crucial. Others may suggest that we must accept our role in making a mistake or doing something different. While there may be truth in their suggestions, it is important to take a step back and evaluate our situation without self-judgment. We may need to modify our approach or try something new, but we should not dismiss the positive experiences and learning of our past efforts and successes.

It is common for individuals to feel overwhelmed by the different aspects of their lives, such as health, family, economic, and social networks. In today’s society, we are bombarded with numerous responsibilities, making maintaining a sense of balance difficult. As a result, we may feel like we are just going through the motions, fulfilling expectations without considering our own needs and desires.

We must focus on what we have accomplished and learned from our past experiences to move forward. Rather than dwelling on what we did or will not do, we should channel our energy toward what we will do. Doing so allows us to make informed decisions based on our intuition and personal growth.

It is important to let go of our past and focus on the present moment. We cannot move forward while constantly looking in the rearview mirror. We must learn from our past experiences but not allow them to define our future.

The solutions to our problems are not found in the past or future but in the present. I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on what you have accomplished and how you can use that knowledge to move forward. Remember to bring only the positive of the past.
